Stacey Cohen Interiors specializes in high-end, casual environments. Inspiration is drawn from Cohen’s experiences and education on both coasts, throughout the Midwest, as well as Southern Florida.

SCi is equipped for projects that range from pre-construction and renovations, to interior facelifts and mini pick-me-ups.

LEED AP
As a LEED AP for Commercial Interiors, SCi understands what it means to obtain the desired LEED points.

Utilizing natural air, recaptured water and energy-efficient light options creates optimal indoor air quality environments. Selecting a site that provides access to public transportation and community connections achieves points in the LEED program.

Design work is done on a flat fee based on the project budget.

A LA CARTE SERVICES

CONSULTATION
A consultation takes place during the course of two meetings. Cohen meets with a prospective client to develop a clear understanding of plans, ideas, hopes, dreams and drawings (for about an hour). Back at the office, the design team pulls together ideas for the space. At a second meeting (within 10 days of the first), Cohen meets with the client to present the ideas.

Stacey is happy to shop with individuals and provide a professional design perspective.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT
SCi often serves as the liaison between the client and the contractor. It allows for better harmony in the overall look, alleviates client concerns and enables the project to be completed in a timely manner.

PACK, MOVE, CLEAN & STOCK
To lessen the client’s stress, SCi has reliable moving and packing companies, as well as cleaning services to assist a client with his or her move. As part of the package, SCi stocks the pantry with paper goods, cleaning supplies and toiletry items.
